Prize ceremony
Europan Sveriges prisutdelning ägde rum i Nääs Fabriker i Lerum. Förstapristagarna och andrapristagarna, tillsammans med mottagarna av hedersomnämnanden, fick sina pris av juryledamoten Aryan Sikkema, med gratulationer av juryns ordförande Leif Sjögren. Efter lunch hälsade Lerums syrelseordförande Henrik Ripa alla välkomna till kommunen. Sedan följde föreläsningar av vinnarna, samt en presentation av Maria Pettersson, vinnare i Europan 9, och Tinna Harling från Tjörns kommun, som berättade om hur arbetet går vidare från tävlingsvinst till uppförande. Dagen avslutades med en drink och allmänt firande. På bilden ses vinnarna i Lerum, Jesús Mateo och Marco Pusterla motta sitt pris av Aryan Sikkema.
Europan Sweden’s prize ceremony took place at Nääs Fabriker in Lerum. The first prizes and runner-ups, together with the honourable mentionees, received their prizes from the hand of Aryan Sikkema’s, with congratulations by the chairman of the jury Leif Sjögren. After lunch, the major of Lerum Henrik Ripa welcomed everyone to the municipality. Then followed lectures by the winners, and a presentation by Maria Pettersson, winner of Europan 9, and Tinna Harling from the municipality of Tjörn, on the process from a winning entry to implementation. On the picture, the winners in Lerum, Jesús Mateo and Marco Pusterla, are seen receiving the prize by Aryan Sikkema.

Efter två intensiva jurysessioner i Stockholm och ett debattforum i Graz enades juryn om att premiera 12 av de 142 inlämnade förslagen. Winners in Kisa
I Kisa belönades förslaget POLY av Eyvind Bergström (SE) & Rickard Riesenfeld (SE) med första pris. Bidraget URBAN NATURE av Marcelo Andres Ranzini (IT) & André Furtado Roque Martines Da Mota (PT) tilldelades andra pris. Ett hedersomnämnande delades ut till SCATTERED FRAGMENTS av Oud Jolanda (NL).

I Östhammar delades första pris ut till projektet PARKLIFE av Johan Arrhov (SE) & Henrik Frick (SE). Ett andrapris tilldelades projektet HUS av Marta Maria Roy Torrecilla (ES) & Tijn Van De Wijdeven (NL ). Juryn enades även om ett hedersomnämnande till projektet ÖSTHAMMARS STRANDLINJER av Lotta Wersäll (SE) & Martin Styring (SE).

Andra pris gick till förslaget JUST AROUND THE CORNER av Ola Gustafsson (SE), Ulrika Tegner (SE), Nina Andersson (SE) & Tobias Appelbäck (SE). THE CAMPING EFFECT av Carmelo Rodríguez Cedillo (ES), Rocio Pina Isla (ES) & David Pérez García (ES) belönades med ett hedersomnämnande.

Prisutdelning i Lerum + Prize Ceremony in Lerum
På fredagen den 5:e februari ordnar Europan Sverige en prisudelning för de fyra svenska tomterna. Platsen för evenemanget är Nääsfabriker och Lerums kommun står som värd. Mellan kl 13:00 och 18:00 så kommer vinnarna föreläsa och de vinnande förslagen ställas ut.
On Friday the 5th of February, Europan Sweden is organizing a prize ceremony for the four Swedish sites. The site for the event is Nääsfabriker and the municipality of lerum is hosting the event. From 13:00 to 18:00 the winners will lecture and the awarded projects be exibited.

Forum of Cities and Juries
Forum of Cities and Juries är den andra av tre stora konferenser under Europan 10. Mötet äger rum på Stadthalle i Graz. Här träffas alla 62 tävlingstomters jury- och kommunrepresentanter för att debattera generella tendenser och jämföra förslag mellan tomterna. På bilden ses de drygt 400 förslag som visas på forumet, och som valts ut av de totalt 2427 inlämnade förslagen.
Forum of Cities and Juries is the second of three large conferences during Europan 10. The meting takes place at the Stadthalle in Graz. Here the jury and municipality representatives from the 62 competition sites meet to debate general tendencies and compare proposals inbetween sites. The image shows the more than 400 proposals that are shown at the forum, selected from the in total 2427 submitted proposals.

I Kisa, där tävlingen tidigare noterats av Östgöta Correspondenten och Kinda-posten 10/12 2008 och 26/8 2009, kommenteras utställningen av P4 Östergötland. Kritiska röster hörs också, i Kinda-posten 17/12 2008 och 6/11 2009. I Lerum kommenteras utställningen av Lerums Tidning 3/9 och 10/9. I Mora, där tävlingen tidigare noterats av Dalarnas Tidningar, kommenteras utställningen av P4 Dalarna. Council meeting
Europans styrande råd – the Council – träffas på Judiska Museet i Berlin för att dra upp riktlinjerna för tävlingens kommande evenemang.

Technical Committee
Den svenska tekniska kommittén sammanträder hos Sveriges Arkitekter. Den består av representanter från juryn, de medverkande kommunerna och svenska Europansekretariatet. Syftet är att se hur alla tävlingsbidrag uppfyller programkraven, och att få en överblick av det inlämnade materialet.
The Swedish Technical Committee is in session at the Swedish Association of Architects. It consists of representatives from the jury, the municipalities and the Swedish Europan Secretariat. The purpose is to see how all entries fulfil the programme, and to have an overview of the submitted proposals.

Glädjande nog kan vi presentera ett rekord i antal registrerade tävlande och inlämnade förslag till de svenska tomterna. Totalt för de fyra tävlingstomterna har vi 202 registrerade tävlande och till slut 142 mottagna förslag. Fördelningen mellan tomterna är ungefär lika. Om du vill kolla att ditt förslag är mottaget av oss kan du ladda ner en lista av förslagen för följande tomter: Kisa, Lerum, Mora och Östhammar.
We are happy to present an all time high in the number of registered competitors and submitted entries for the Swedish sites. In total over the four competition sites we have had 202 registered competitors, and finally 141 submitted proposals. There is a fairly equal distribution over the sites. Working group on Implementation
För att understödja implementeringen av vinnande europanförslag arrangerar Europan Norge ett möte om hur processen med de vinnande förslagen från Europan 9 har utvecklats. På mötet presenterade varje medlemsland ett eller flera projekt och visade på olika strategier för en ökad genomförandegrad. Sverige berättade om arbetet med tomten på Tjörn, där vinnaren och andrapristagaren har utvecklat ett gemensamt förslag i samarbete med kommunen.
In order to promote the implementation of winning Europan proposals, Europan Norway is hosting a meeting concerning the development process of the winning schemes from Europan 9. At the meeting, each member country presented one or several projects and showed various strategies for increasing the amount of implemented projects. Sweden presented the work with the site in Tjörn, where the winning team and the runner-up have created a new joint project (machine translated link) in collaboration with the municipality.
